Privacy Policy

FamilyOps (loginlive.com) — operated by BeTeachable LLC. Last updated: July 22, 2026.

1. Who We Are

FamilyOps (loginlive.com) is a private, internal business operating platform owned and operated by BeTeachable LLC (“BeTeachable”, “we”, “us”, “our”). It is used by BeTeachable and the companies we own and operate to manage business operations, teams, goals, meetings, and our own media channels. FamilyOps is not offered to the general public; accounts are created for our own team members and the businesses we operate.

This Privacy Policy describes what information the platform collects, how it is used, and the choices available to its users. It supplements the BeTeachable privacy policy published at beteachable.com.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: name, email address, and authentication credentials (passwords are stored only in hashed form) for the internal users we invite to the platform.

Business data our users enter: goals, meeting notes, team and accountability records, lead and deal records, and similar operating data belonging to BeTeachable and the businesses we operate.

Derivative technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and pages viewed, collected automatically when the platform is accessed, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. YouTube API Services

The BeTeachable Channel Manager module of FamilyOps uses YouTube API Services to manage the YouTube channels that BeTeachable LLC owns and operates. By using this module, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access: after a channel owner authorizes access via Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0), the module accesses data for our own channels only — video metadata (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, privacy status), channel information, and video statistics and analytics reports. The module can also update the metadata and privacy status of our own videos at the direction of authorized users.

What we store and for how long: we store the OAuth tokens granted at authorization and the video/channel metadata and statistics listed above on our access-controlled servers. This data is retained while the channel connection remains active and is used only to operate the module for our own channels. Stored YouTube data is refreshed from the YouTube API and is not shared with, sold to, or made available to any third party, and is not used for advertising.

Revoking access: a channel owner can disconnect a channel inside the platform at any time, and can also revoke this application’s access entirely via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Upon disconnection or revocation, stored tokens are invalidated, and stored YouTube data for that channel will be deleted upon request to the contact below.

4. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to operate the platform for our internal users; to secure accounts and audit access; to display and manage our own business and channel data; and to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal information, we do not serve third-party advertising, and we do not use platform data for marketing to outside parties.

5. Sharing of Information

We may disclose information where required by law or legal process; in connection with a merger, sale of assets, or other business transfer; or with the explicit consent of the affected user. We do not share YouTube API data or platform data with third parties in the ordinary course of operating this internal tool. Service providers that host our infrastructure (for example, our cloud hosting provider) process data on our behalf under standard safeguards.

6. Data Security and Retention

Data is stored on access-controlled servers, transmitted over HTTPS, and restricted to authenticated internal users. We retain account and business data for as long as the platform is in active use by the relevant business. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time using the contact below.

7. Your Rights

Users of the platform may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information; object to or restrict processing; and withdraw consent previously given. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email address below and we will respond promptly.

8. Age Requirement

The platform is intended for business use by adults. You must be at least 18 years old to use FamilyOps.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active users of the platform.
