Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

FamilyOps (loginlive.com) is a private, internal business operating platform owned and operated by BeTeachable LLC (“BeTeachable”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By signing in to or using the platform you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. These terms supplement the BeTeachable terms and conditions published at beteachable.com; where they conflict for use of this platform, these terms control.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

The platform is provided solely to BeTeachable LLC, the companies we own and operate, and team members we invite. It is not offered to the general public. You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access without notice for violations of these terms.

4. YouTube Channel Management Module

The BeTeachable Channel Manager module uses YouTube API Services to manage the YouTube channels that BeTeachable LLC owns and operates. By using that module you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (youtube.com/t/terms). Access to Google account data is governed by our Privacy Policy, and access can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page (security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

5. Intellectual Property

The platform, its design, and its content (other than data entered by users) are the property of BeTeachable LLC. You may not republish, sell, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without prior written permission. Data entered by a business remains that business’s property.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. BeTeachable does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeTeachable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeTeachable LLC and its officers and employees from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these terms or when a team member or business relationship ends. Sections 5 through 9 survive termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Pasco County, Florida, United States, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location, consistent with the BeTeachable terms published at beteachable.com.
